We're not a marketing or creating design agency because we build enterprise scale transactional systems. We're not your average systems integrator because we care about how you interact with your clients across all your channels.

We're experienced, with an average of 12 years in the industry, and yet we're still young at heart, energetic and have a lot of great ideas to share. Our core strengths are in software development, architecture, analysis, and delivery management.

Our ideas (and your market differentiators) come in part from our business incubator - supporting our domain experts in the research and development of new business models that benefit from cutting edge technology.

When it comes to delivery, our key tenant is JEM™ - “Just Enough Methodology”™. While we're well versed in the spectrum of Agile methodologies, we don't impose them upon you. We adapt to your environment and look towards incremental change.

History

Since 1995 members of what are now the core consulting team had been working together successfully delivering projects in Australia, UK and Europe. Over the subsequent years the team regularly regrouped as new projects and professional opportunities came along, developing into a close-knit community that continues today.

Along the way, new like-mined practitioners joined the community to grow and diversify the skill base. This today has turned into a network of 150 consultants and growing.

In 2007 Industrie IT was launched to tap into this extensive network, channel the collective know how and allow us to work together in a way that would deliver maximum value to our clients.

Fast forward to today, Industrie IT has developed into an exciting and dynamic consulting practice that focuses on helping its clients develop and make the most of their enterprise online and digital capability. It is privately owned and operated by its managing partners and led by that same core team who have been operating together all those years, along with some new friends we picked up along way.
