We are looking for Senior Business Analysts who have experience in Wealth Management and Equity Trading.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and investigate opportunities for improvement to processes and methodologies;
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other Business Analysts;
  • Conduct reviews of deliverables developed by other Business Analysts and provide feedback;
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements;
  • Perform business process re-engineering;
  • Identify business benefits and measures;
  • Liaise with Analyst/Programmers, Web Developers and other System Developers to develop a conceptual solution that meets the business need;
  • Develop training strategy and where required, conduct training;
  • Develop and where required, execute system test plans;
  • Develop business cases and opportunity evaluations; and
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and other business representatives.

Key Selection Criteria

  • High level of issue and conflict resolution skills;
  • Service Management experience is highly essential
  • Proven leadership in guiding a group of Business Analysts in a high performance environment;
  • Good workshop facilitation skills with leadership qualities to achieve results;
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with people from different organisational levels and areas;
  • Demonstrated experience in defining end-to-end business requirements and conceptual solution design;
  • Understanding of and experience in, using process improvement techniques and principles;
  • Understanding of data and information structures in an IT system environment including that of data modelling and database design appreciation;
  • Experience in defining business analysis and, solution standards and processes;
