About Us

Industrie IT was launched in September 2007 by Con Zeritis who is the current Managing Director and has since grown to a team of in excess of twenty five people. Our headquarters are in Sydney, Australia which is where the bulk of the team are based. We also have a small growing contingent in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Our unique combination of practices; contract administration and consulting was put in place at inception as a deliberate strategy to create an organisational structure that supports long-term retainment of our core base of highly skilled IT contract staff in addition to the team of full-time employees that we have.

This core base of IT contractors have all had a long term association with Industrie IT. Our dual structure allows them to engage with the organisation as consultants when there are suitable assignments that match their skill sets and availability. Conversely, when they need to seek out an opportunity outside of Industrie IT’s consulting practice, they can ‘scale-down’ their association with Industrie IT to a level which involves only the administration of their contract. Leadership Team

Con Zeritis - Founder, Director

Con is the founder and managing director of Industrie IT. Con is an established IT professional who has been in the IT industry for over 15 years. He has had a vast amount of experience within the financial services, energy and telecommunications industries and has over time worked in a range of roles, most notably that of Solution Architecture and Development Management. Having been involved in all facets of the IT industry, he has an intricate understanding of the needs and wants of IT contractors and their clients. Con holds a Computer Systems Engineering Degree along with a range of industry certifications.

Nick Savas - Operations Manager

Nick Savas is the Operations Manager of Industrie IT. Nick comes to the Industrie IT team with a diverse background having worked in Engineering, IT and Management roles across the Hospitality, Gaming, Finance industries to name a few. Within the IT field, Nick holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree and has been involved in a vast array IT roles, ranging from software development to technical business analyst roles. His involvement and understanding of IT and general business operations provide the right ingredients for Industrie IT's daily operations.

Ashwin Shekhar - Senior Associate

Ashwin is a Senior Associate of Industrie IT. Ashwin has been in the IT profession for over 15 years and worked in multitude of organisations and environments. His experience ranges from the utilities and pharmaceutical industries and has been heavily entrenched in the banking and finance industries over the last few years. Ashwin has had a myriad of roles that encompass everything from software development, architect, business analyst to technical lead and IT project management. He holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering (honours) with Certificate of Engineering Practise.

Anthony Venier - Senior Associate

Anthony has been providing consulting and implementation services for major programmes for over 15 years, nationally and internationally, both in the public and private sectors.

Before commencing his career in management consulting, Anthony was a senior technical consultant with a number of large vendors supplying hardware, software and professional services; giving him significant experience in management strategy, program governance, effective project execution, complex multidisciplinary projects and executive stakeholder and supplier relationship management.

In recent years, Anthony’s particular focus has been the use of leading edge technologies, processes and methodologies in the design and management of program implementations requiring numerous sub-projects involving multiple suppliers and organisational user groups.

Anthony is well highly trained and well versed in project management methodologies, strategic business, sales and marketing practises.

Andrew de Bruijn - Senior Associate

A Senior Associate of Industrie IT, Andrew has been working in the IT sector for close to 10 years. The majority of that time has been in the Financial Services and Transport industries across both the private and public sectors.

Building upon a foundation of system integration and online application development expertise, he has formed a core skill set surrounding the technical delivery of software applications.

Andrew’s clear grasp of software development methodologies has aided in his delivery of projects involving the collaboration of deliverables from sites located across the globe.
