... and by agile we mean in it in the traditional sense! Specifically for us this means;

• understanding our client's own needs and approaches
• being flexible in the application of our own best practices
• incremental, pragmatic process improvement
• understanding the balance between working within our clients needs and challenging them to improve

We know that every environment and indeed every project has its own unique challenges. When our clients seek our assistance with their process improvement (or establishment), we first set out to understand their unique landscape, only then do get to work with them to formulate the most appropriate approach. In doing this we leverage a wide range of skills from a number of important and viable industry standard methodologies that relate to project management, architecture and software development.

We don't set out to try to sell you one of our own propriety "processes in a box", nor do we preach a specific approach that we happen to favour. We do understand that any approaches need to take into account all stakeholders in a business and all aspects of the project.

Commercial Models - flexible models to adapt to your budget

We support a number of different commercial models to ensure that our customers can get the right type of engagement to suit their project, these include;

• Consultative; our senior consultants engage with your team to deliver assessments and recommendations on a range of IT matters from strategic architecture to development practices. Our team has a real hands-on perspective of IT and as such we aim to deliver sensible, pragmatic advice that you can realistically adopt within your organisation no matter how small or large.
• Co-location; our experienced team of consultants work on-site and along side your own team. We pride ourselves in being a no-fuss organisation that can bringing on board our experience but ultimately working to high standards and with your goal in our sights.
• Local Outsourced; our team will consult with you to understand and outline a well defined scope of work and then operate from our own local offices (based in Sydney, Australia) to deliver the solution. We have experience in creating sensible work contracts that can provide you with certainty of time and cost without the typical complexity of traditional fixed priced contracts.
