Consequently, we understand the strengths and weaknesses of different methodologies as well as their appropriateness in different situations.

One of our mantra's at IIT is to apply "just enough methodology" (JEM) to ensure that processes don't get in the way of a great team focusing on the task at hand. We believe that this is imperative in order to produce high quality software efficiently.
